About this Photograph

This was one of the more unusual and visually fantastic characters that I have ever seen. This fellow was part of the entertainment at Wolf Trap in late 2006. Children attending the International Children's Fund festival were completely enchanted with this fellow. He strolled around the grounds, playing with the crowd, and I had the pleasure of shotting his activities for quite some time.

This picture strikes me. I like the way the guy tilted his head. I like the way the light and shadows moved across his face, and I really like the rich colors popped from his outfit.
